Lewis Frazier Jr., MD, is a board-certified physician providing comprehensive, individualized care to each of his patients. As a member of the multidisciplinary team at Tarpon Interventional Pain & Spine Care in West Plano and North Plano, Texas, Dr. Frazier is dedicated to reducing pain and helping men and women regain their lost function.

After completing his undergraduate education at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, Dr. Frazier enrolled at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he earned his medical degree. He then continued his training with a residency at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, where he was made chief resident. Dr. Frazier is also a Fellow of the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine.

Dr. Frazier is highly skilled in precision spinal diagnostics and a number of therapeutic procedures. In addition to physical medicine and rehabilitation and interventional pain management, Dr. Frazier also specializes in stem cell therapy, helping his patients unlock their body’s natural healing process.

Aside from his work at Tarpon Interventional Pain & Spine Care, Dr. Frazier has instructed physicians from around the world on therapeutic techniques. He was also appointed as a member of the instructional faculty for the International Spine Intervention Society.

Dr. Frazier has been listed multiple times in the Best Doctor List in D Magazine and the repeated recipient of the Texas Super Doctor Award.

Amy McAnulty, MSN, ANP-BC, is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with experience for over 10 years focusing on pain management. As a member of the team of physicians at Tarpon Interventional Pain & Spine Care in West Plano and North Plano, Amy works with patients with the goal of helping them feel better.

Amy attended UT Medical Branch School of Nursing and received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. After working for 14 years working as a registered nurse, she then completed her Master’s of Science in Nursing at UT Arlington.

In addition to her work at Tarpon Interventional Pain & Spine Care, Amy has been published by The Journal of Trauma: Injury, Infection, and Critical Care. She also presented at the American Society of Spine Radiology in Seattle, Washington. She has received the Award for Service Excellence by the Baylor Health Care System several years in a row. Outside the office, she maintains interest in the medical field and continually educates in the area of pain management with a special focus on chronic pain.

Tejas V. Ozarkar, MD

Dr. Tejas Ozarkar is a double board-certified physician with advanced training from the Ivy League. He specializes in treating neck, back, and joint pain, with a focus on both acute injuries and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. His treatment style is thoughtful and conservative—offering patients a mix of proven therapies and innovative solutions tailored to their needs.

What sets Dr. Ozarkar apart is his commitment to building strong, supportive relationships with his patients. He believes in working as a team—guiding each person through their treatment journey with clarity and compassion.

Dr. Ozarkar earned his medical degree from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center after completing undergraduate studies in biology and accounting. He trained at the University of Pennsylvania’s prestigious Perelman School of Medicine, where he completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He then returned to Texas Tech to complete a fellowship in Anesthesia Pain Management.

He has performed thousands of procedures and is proficient in advanced techniques such as fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided injections, spinal and peripheral joint treatments, neuromodulation (including spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation), dry needling, and EMG testing.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Ozarkar is actively involved in research and professional societies, with published work in the PM&R Journal and presentations at numerous conferences, including the Texas Pain Society. Appointed by Governor Greg Abbott, Dr. Ozarkar proudly serves on the Texas Medical Board District Review Committee through 2030. His commitment to upholding medical standards and ensuring quality patient care reflects his dedication to the health and well-being of all Texans.
